Our staff has over 100 years of experience and consists of a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants I and II and PCS Aides, who are dedicated to providing the best service possible.

OVERVIEW OF LE'CHRIS' HOME CARE:
-Our goal is for the client to remain at home for as long as possible with maximum comfort, dignity, self-respect, and to "fill in the gap" between home and nursing home life.
-Personal Care Services that Assist Clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as:
-Bathing -Dressing -Grooming -Monitoring of Medications & Health Status
-Meal Preparation -Feeding -Ambulation -Toileting & Incontinence Care
HOME CARE IS FOR:
-People who have a debilitating condition that prevents them from attending to ADL's.
-Clients referred from a physician, family member, social workers from DSS, and discharged planners.
-People that meet the criteria for assistance -People that have Medicaid coverage.
INTERDISCIPLINARY TEAM CARE:
-Clients' Physician -Registered Nurse -Personal Care Aides/CNA's -Client & Clients Family
