QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL (QP): Le’Chris Health Systems is seeking a QP/trainer. Position will also assist with QA functions. Requires Master’s degree in a human services field and one year of experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and two years of experience. Position also requires knowledge of personnel and documentation standards. Human resource experience preferred.

Job: Coordinate Assessment Activities, Develop Personal Centered Plan and Interventions, Supervise AP's and Paraprofessionals are the key aspect of this position.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree and one year in field, Communication skills, Transportation, On call duties, Team worker

Salary range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hr.

Mentors Needed

MENTORS: Throughout the year Le'Chris has a need for quality people to work with our clients on a one on one basis. Mentors are interviewed, their background is checked and they are trained before they take on a client. Training for our mentors is an ongoing process that covers a variety of aspects for this position. Training's take place in our Le'Chris offices.

Job: Work one on one with your client to help them achieve the goals laid out in their (PCP) Personal Centered Plan. Have dependable transportation and some flexibility to work with your client when your client needs services. Keep good records and be able to write notes on each session with your client. Be a team player and work with a team for the sake of the client and their family.

Salary range: $8.00 - $18.00 per hr. Starting salary will depend on your education and experience in this field.
